Diversity in Finance Awards 2021

FTAdviser's Diversity in Finance Awards, now in their third year, aim to showcase the best initiatives, campaigns and success stories over the past 12 months when it comes to diversity and inclusion in the financial services sector. 

The standard of submissions for the 2021 DIFAs has been exceptional, highlighting the breadth of creativity and determination in UK financial services to improving Diversity and Inclusion, despite the restrictions of the Covid-19 pandemic. 

To celebrate the winners and those who were highly commended, FTAdviser will host a virtual awards ceremony on September 8. The event will feature a keynote speech given by Bell Ribeiro-Addy, MP for Streatham, an exclusive panel session from a range of experts on embedding diversity, equality and inclusion into a firm's culture, and, of course, the highly anticipated awards announcement.
