Jay has been an advisor for 20 years and has built a thriving wealth management practice that helps successful individuals transition to significant second halves. Seven years ago, he and his partner Kelly Moise started Vector Wealth Strategies affiliated with Commonwealth Financial Network. Their team now advises over 400 clients on over $350M in investments and serves as the continuity plan and virtual assistant for 3 other successful senior advisors. Besides serving on the Boards of Trustees for Freed-Hardeman University and the Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville. In 2020 he helped found the Racial Equity Fund as part of his work with the Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville. Jay has been instrumental in helping many clients to establish charitable giving funds and make qualified charitable IRA distributions totaling over $23M to date. 

Jay and his wife Hilde will celebrate 20 years of marriage in Bora Bora this summer. They have two children Axl and Lorelai and a tabby named Titan. In their free time, their family enjoys golfing, boating, and board games.
