What is the Stock Price Reveal?

This is where we announce the new stock price (what each share of ESS stock is now valued at). After the annual meeting, all employee-owners will receive a stock statement. On your stock statement, you will see details such as: how many shares you have accumulated in your ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) account, how many shares the company has contributed to your account, and how much your shares may have appreciated. Employee-owners eagerly await the stock price reveal to calculate their new ESOP account balances!

EVENT DETAILS

Will my spouse/significant other be able to have access to the Annual Meeting events?

Yes, you can register your spouse/significant other for the Annual Meeting on the registration page.

What devices can I watch this on?

You can watch all virtual events on any desktop computer, iPad, or smartphone. 

How long can I expect this to last?

Each virtual event is approximately one (1) hour in length, and will typically be held over your lunch period so you are not missing any work!

If I am a part of Corporate Resources or the Equipment branch, which Branch Breakout session(s) do I attend?

You should attend your Equipment or Corporate Resources branch breakout. If you would also like to attend your local Branch Breakout, you are welcome to do so. Example (1): If you are a member of the Equipment branch and work out of the Springfield shop, you should attend the Equipment Branch Breakout but may also attend the Springfield & Springdale Branch Breakout. Example (2): If you are a member of the Corporate Resources team you should attend the Corporate Resources Branch Breakout but may also attend the Columbia Branch Breakout if you would like.

SWAG, STOCK STATEMENT & WALLET CARDS

How will I receive my stock statement this year? 

Currently, we plan to distribute stock statements virtually. Stock statements will be uploaded to employee-owners' Bamboo accounts. When logged in to your Bamboo account, you will be able to view your stock statement digitally and have the option to print a hard copy for your records. If you do not have a bamboo account at the time of the Annual Meeting, a printed copy of your stock statement will be mailed to you.

Will I receive a wallet card?

Similar to the stock statements, wallet cards will be distributed digitally. Wallet cards will uploaded to employee-owners' Bamboo accounts. When logged in to your Bamboo account, you will be able to view a digital copy of your wallet card. For apple and android smartphone users, you will be able to save a copy to your "wallet" app.

Each year we get swag at the Annual Meeting. What will we be receiving this year?

Yes, you will still receive swag this year! We will be distributing Annual Meeting t-shirts to all employee-owners. Additionally, each employee-owner will receive a variety of swag.
