Kim McClarin is an Administrative Coordinator, Continuous Improvement Coach for Prince William County Schools. A graduate of Morgan State University (BS, Communication Studies) and Trinity University, DC (MS, Educational Leadership and Supervision). She served as a principal and assistant principal for 13 years and a middle school reading and language arts teacher for seven years. As a school leader, Kim has always used data to drive decisions. When the opportunity presented itself to be a part of the Mastery Connect Taskforce she jumped in with both feet. From the very first meeting in learning about MasteryConnect I knew that this would be a game-changer for our school division.

Welcome & Keynote: Developing a Roadmap for Success - Dream, Design, Deliver
This keynote will focus on how Prince William County, a school division of over 90,000 students in Northern Virginia, intentionally shifted to a systemic approach to instructional technology and strategy to ensure equity of resources and practice across their schools. They will share how they partnered with Instructure to implement Canvas and MasteryConnect as a part of this shift.
