Join Teach for America Detroit for our Annual Spring Educator Summit - We’re Still Here - A celebration of the resilience we have witnessed in our community of educators and across the city of Detroit’s landscape in the last year. This will be an opportunity for TFA Detroit’s staff, corps members, fellows, alumni, school partners, community leaders, and prospective program participants to come together to learn alongside one another, connect, celebrate, and gain energy for the work that lies ahead.

A Conversation with Austin Channing Brown

For our signature event, TFA Alum Dr. Chanel Hampton invites us into an intimate conversation with author and activist Austin Channing Brown we're calling "Reclaiming Our Power: Exploring and Deconstructing Oppression within our Society, our Communities, and Ourselves." This evening is made possible with support from Black Educator Promise Grant.
