| Kevin is an extremely versatile executive who has successfully navigated many industries including retail, financial services, music, film & television, civil rights, public relations/communications during his nearly 20 plus years of service. He has received multiple awards and accolades for his innovative, solution’s driven approach to problem solving. Relationships are the key ingredient to his success. While working on projects such as the People’s Choice Awards, The Critics Choice Awards or the MTV Video Music Awards, as General Manager of UPP Entertainment Marketing, he was able to build actionable relationships in Hollywood. As a graduate of the Inaugural Presidential Leadership Scholars class, Kevin spent time with leaders such as President Bill Clinton, President George W. Bush, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Secretary of Labor Alexis Herman and many other world leaders where he honed his leadership skills. During his tenure as President and CEO of the Las Vegas Urban League he built the largest poverty fighting agency in Nevada. In addition it became one of the most successful affiliates in the movement’s history. He is the Creator of the Ten Commandments of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and Project RE-DO a Professional DEI training program. In 2016 he was named Outstanding Alumnus of Missouri Southern State University - the highest honor given. |
