Event communication will come from firstname.lastname@example.org. If these emails seem to be getting stuck in your SPAM or JUNK folder, please add this email address to your safe sender list.
The viewing experience will use the audio settings on your device. You should also check that the audio volume is adjusted on your device. See theattendee troubleshooting guide for more.
Navigating the agenda
Save your Seat
Book your place for individual sessions by using the "Save a seat" feature. View your registered sessions under "My Registered Sessions". You won't be able to access the sessions without booking saving your seat.
Add Calendar Reminders
Add a reminder on your calendar of the sessions that you'd like to attend. The invite will contain your magic link for easy login.
My calendar has been blocked out for the full event duration?
If you use the "add to calendar" option which appears in the registration email it will block out your calendar for the duration of the event, details appear under the "About the event" section of the same email.
If you have done this, we would recommend deleting this from your calendar and then going into each session you have "saved a seat" on, and "add to cal" from the session itself, shown above.
How do I log in to my account on the event site?
If you are not currently logged into the site, select 'Agenda' on the top menu, then click 'My Registered Sessions' at the top of the list of sessions. Click 'Login' if you have already registered previously or 'Register' if this is your first time. You will be prompted for the email address that you originally registered for. Then check your email inbox for a link to automatically log you in.
I'm not seeing anything under "My Registered Sessions", Why?
Simply head back to the Agenda, next to each session (that is applicable to your ticket type) you will see two icons to the right of the time of the session. Click on the seat icon to reserve your place in the session, you can also do this by clicking on the session too.
How do I join a session?
There are a number of ways to join a session at its scheduled time:
If you added the session to your calendar there will be a magic link to join the session
If you are logged in, go to the agenda, you can click on Broadcast or View session in the specific session tile.
Note: sessions will be accessible 2 minutes before it is due to go live.
I’m here early, what do I do?
Thanks for joining us! If you arrive before a session starts, just wait in the session until the start time. You will see at the bottom of each session a countdown ticker letting you know when the session will start. The screen will automatically start streaming the content once the session has gone live.
Can I ask questions during the sessions?
Yes, we would encourage questions. To ask your questions, please post them in the “Q&A” or "Room Chat" box within the session. Apologies if we are unable to answer every question in the session, we will come back to you if your questions are not answered on the day.
Can I rate each session?
Yes, again we would encourage all feedback, the feedback we get from the sessions will help us build a better event next year. Head back to the agenda and click on the session you want to rate, you should then see "Rate Session" followed by 5 heart icons, select the number of hearts and add comments to the box that appears.
Will the event be recorded?
Individual sessions will be recorded and available to view soon after the session has ended, rest assured you will be able to see a recording if you can't make the live event. Event registrationis required to be able to access any recordings post-event.
How do I access the recorded content?
Head back to theevent agenda pagethen you should see "Watch Recording" on any of the past sessions.
Click on that and you will enter the session room where you can click on the play icon in the centre of the screen (slightly hidden by the white event logo text) to view the recording.
Can anyone attend the event?
This event is only open to existing Breathe customers and partners.
I can't find the email confirmation, how can I check if I'm registered?
Click here then when asked enter the business email address you used to register for the event, alternatively, email email@example.com.
