About the Event
In celebration of Pride Month, CNBC + Acorns will present a LinkedIn Live event called Invest in Pride: Ready. Set. Grow. Personal finance expert and bestselling author Suze Orman will discuss the most pressing issues currently facing small business owners and answer their questions about how they can manage their personal and business finances.
Many of the topics discussed will be informed by the results of the CNBC + Acorns and National LGBT Chamber of Commerce Small Business Owner Financial Health Survey. This survey was created to take the financial pulse of LGBTQ entrepreneurs and learn more about how they manage their finances and the specific obstacles they face based on their sexual and gender identity, and will address topics from emergency savings to business succession plans to post-COVID small business confidence.
