ALL OUR EVENTS ARE COVIDSAFE

We always stay up to date with all sanitary guidelines from the Government and we will do everything we can to protect everyone as the situation requires at the end of November. 

These are the actual measurements:  

1. to access the venue, you will still need a CovidSafe Pass (read below)

2. Wearing a mask will be mandatory unless seated AND eating or drinking .

3.  Please sit as soon as you are stationary, there will be a lot of chairs made available. 

4.  Please stay at home if you have been in contact in the past 7 days (Monday Nov.21st included) with someone tested positive or if you feel under the weather.

/ IN PERSON COVIDSAFE TICKETS /

Further to the latest sanitary measures linked to Covid19 communicated by the Belgian government, and because we care and want to give you the best experience possible, FinTech Belgium will introduce the CovidSafe Ticket for ALL our In Person events.

This means that ALL participants, speakers and staff, will need to show a valid EU Covid Sanitary Pass to be able to retrieve their ticket and enter the premises of the event.

All Belgian participants will be asked to download the official app CovidSafe.be.
Other official European apps are available for the European audience, as well as for the extra European. 

Through these apps, everyone will need to make sure that they present a proof of at least one of the following :

• A full vaccination: 2 doses (unless johnson & johnson), at least 2 weeks before the event

• A negative PCR test done at the earliest 48 hours before the events

• A recovery certificate, with date of positive test and validity period.

  
  

A QR code will be mandatory, whether digital or printed on paper.

And of course, we will ensure strict respect of all COVID-19 sanitary protocols for the onsite participants.
