About the HACR Latina Empow(h)er Summit™
HACR is committed to developing programs for the ongoing advancement of Hispanic executives and is thrilled to add the Latina Empow(h)er Summit to our suite of programs. This is a two-day leadership program featuring subject-matter experts and thought-leaders who have successfully navigated their corporate mobility while balancing career, family, culture and created the perfect work-life blend.
The goal of this program is to not only share insights from the related research project and provide leadership development for Latina executives, but to also provide a place where these executives can come together and “recharge,” learn from each other and leading experts on how to ensure they are achieving balance in their lives and the workplace.

About the Latina Empow(h)er™ Research Initiative
For over 30 years, the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) has worked to advance Hispanic inclusion in Corporate America through advocacy, research, and professional development. We are further expanding our mission and proud to announce HACR has launched a special initiative solely focused on Latinas in Corporate America.
The Latina Empow(h)er initiative couples together with a research project designed to help us understand the experiences of Latinas in the workplace, with a two-day professional development program.
