About the 2022 HACR YHCA
Congratulations! You have been selected as a 2022 Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever™ (YHCA). The HACR YHCA program is a three-month intensive leadership development, education, and training program for high potential Hispanic/Latino talent early in their career development. Program participants consist of talent currently employed at Fortune 500 and HACR Corporate Member companies within an age range of 25-40 years old. At the conclusion of the program, HACR will recognize young Hispanic executives in Corporate America who have shown leadership qualities at their respective companies, along with a proven commitment to the Hispanic community and are leading the way in establishing a new standard of excellence in Corporate America.
Launched in 2007, the HACR Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers™ (YHCA) program was developed as a way to recognize the outstanding achievements of young Hispanic professionals in Corporate America and further the organization’s vision to increase the number of Hispanics on corporate boards. The annual program recognizes high-potential Hispanics at Fortune 500 and/or HACR Corporate Member companies.

ABOUT HACR
Founded in 1986, The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) is a nonprofit 501 (c ) (3) organization dedicated to advancing the inclusion of Hispanics in Corporate America at a level commensurate with the segment's economic contributions. HACR focuses on four areas of corporate responsibility and market reciprocity:
Employment: It is crucial for HACR to ensure that Hispanics are well represented in "good" jobs that secure overall wellbeing on individuals and families.
Procurement: Providing vendor opportunities to underrepresented supplies and facilitating the success of Hispanic-owned businesses.
Philanthropy: Corporate social responsibility through the work of their charitable arms is equally as important for ensuring the long-term growth and sustainability of the Hispanic community in the U.S.
Governance: Governance sets the tone for how effective all policies in HACR's other pillars will ultimately be. The C-suite influences corporate culture and is responsible for creating an environment where diversity and inclusion can thrive.
