    Shortlist 2022

FTAdviser's Diversity in Finance Award 2022 shortlists are here.

This year – the fourth year FTAdviser has run the DIFAs – saw a record number of entries across all the categories, both individual and corporate.

The DIFA 2022 awards showcase the best work done across the past 12 months, by individuals and companies, to embed diversity, equality and inclusion into a firm's culture, to improve policies, processes and products for customers and colleagues alike.

The quality of entries has been exceptional, highlighting the breadth of creativity and determination in UK financial services to improving DE&I, despite the restrictions of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The shortlisted candidates can be seen in the table below, apart from categories where the winner is selected by the judges.
