COVID-19 Plan
The health and safety of our guests, suppliers and staff remains our top priority. We will continue to monitor and follow Government regulations and guidance throughout the planning, opening and running of all our events and we ask that everyone visiting our events please familiarise themselves with the latest Government advice before they attend.
This page will be regularly updated in accordance with Government advice. Full details on the requirements for entering Carnegie Hall can be found here. Please note, everyone coming to Carnegie Hall will be required to show proof of full vaccination. Please see below for further details.
Please note: If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms associated with Coronavirus (Covid-19) you will not be permitted entry to the event.
Everyone coming to Carnegie Hall will be required to show proof of full double vaccination.
Acceptable methods of vaccine verification are detailed here.
To help keep our guests, suppliers and staff safe, the following measures are being planned:
• Changes to layouts and crowd management procedures to avoid build up in popular areas
• Masks to be worn inside the venue
• Enhanced cleaning regime and waste disposal at the venue
• Hand sanitiser available to guests, suppliers and staff at various points around the venue
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Whilst the Covid pandemic is ongoing, we are also processing your data for the purposes of NHS Test and Trace in accordance with the latest Government Guidance. If you are attending our event in person, this may involve transferring your name and email address to NHS England for the purposes of Test and Trace, if they request it.
