Rates for each of the 2022 Annual International Conference on ADHD Packages will be applied based on your registration category within In-Person or Virtual Access selection:
ADHD Professional Institute (API) – For those in-person, you will start off with breakfast followed by the opportunity to attend all API Sessions on Thursday. Click here to view the schedule of sessions for both in-person and virtual access. Also included in this category is the Opening Keynote Session and the Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall featuring poster sessions, Innovative Program Presentations and the Bookstore (In-person access only). Your access ends Thursday night after the Keynote.
General Conference – The opportunity to attend all General Conference Sessions, Keynote Sessions (including Thursday night), Non-Session Activities and Peer-To-Peer Sessions offered on Friday and Saturday. Click here to view the schedule of sessions for both in-person and virtual access. Also included in this category is the Opening Keynote Session and the Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall featuring poster sessions, Innovative Program Presentations and the Bookstore (In-person access only). Additionally, in-person access attendees will visit the Exhibit Hall where all conference breaks are held and experience the Talent Show on Friday and the Conference Party on Saturday. Your access begins Thursday evening at the Opening Keynote.
Combo Package – Receive all the benefits of both the API and General Session registrations! Your access begins Thursday morning and goes through Saturday night.
Guest Registration – Guests will be allowed to attend the keynote sessions and social events only.
Continuing Education Credits – Please register for the appropriate category(ies) in order to receive continuing education credit for the applicable sessions you attend during ADHD2022.
Group Registration Discount: Register five (5) or more attendees from your organization by October 14, 2022, and receive a 5% discount on each registration. To receive the discount, submit all registrations and payment together via fax to 301-306-7091 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Speaker / Volunteer Discount: If you believe you are entitled to a discount and don’t have the promotion code, please email email@example.com.
Substitution Policy: Substitutes are welcomed and requests must be sent in writing. You may transfer your paid registration (minus a $50.00 administrative fee) to another individual by email or fax stating the name of the original registrant and the name of the substitute (including address and phone number). All transfers must be postmarked by October 15, 2022.
Conference Access Changes: If you wish to switch your access type between In-Person and Virtual, you may do so by sending the request to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to October 15, 2022. The difference in registration price will be billed / refunded to you less a $50 administrative fee. After October 15, 2022, you may switch from In-Person access to Virtual access, however, there will be no refunds for the difference. You may switch from Virtual access to In-Person access after October 15, 2022, and will be charged the difference in the Virtual rate you paid and the prevailing In-Person access rate.
Refund Policy: You may cancel your registration at any time. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to qualify for a refund. There will be no refunds after October 15, 2022, or for NO SHOWS. Refunds will be processed after the conference. Cancellations postmarked on or before October 15, 2022, will receive a full refund minus $50 administrative fee.
