Jim Kouzes
Author, The Leadership Challenge
Jim is the coauthor of The Leadership Challenge and over a dozen original publications on leadership. He began his career in education while serving in the Peace Corps in the late 1960s. Since then, Jim founded the Joint Center for Human Services Development at San Jose State University, directed the Executive Development Center at the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University, and served as president, CEO, and chairman of the Tom Peters Company. Jim has received numerous awards and recognition during his career, and according to the Wall Street Journal, Jim is one of the twelve best executive educators in the United States.

Barry Posner
Author, The Leadership Challenge
Barry is the coauthor of the award-winning and best-selling leadership book The Leadership Challenge and over a dozen original publications on leadership. He currently serves as the Michael J. Accolti, S.J., Chair and Professor of Leadership for the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. After studying political science for his undergraduate degree, Barry earned a master's degree in public administration and later acquired his Ph.D. in organizational behavior and administrative theory. Throughout his career, Barry has received numerous awards and recognitions, authored over 100 research articles, served on multiple corporate boards, taught at several universities around the world, and consulted for several well-known companies, including Apple, Amazon, and Trader Joe’s.

Cherryl D'Souza
VP, Brand Management
Cherryl has a consistent record of success in spearheading digital marketing initiatives, including building digital media businesses, influencer networks, and a global content studio. A native of India, Cherryl came to the United States to further her education and launched her career at General Mills. During her 15 years there, she led business management and product development for brands like Pillsbury, Fruit by the Foot, and Box Tops for Education.
