The CaseWare Cloud for Administrators course is a virtual training designed to assist learners in setting up and administrating the CaseWare Cloud environment. The course will walk you through key firm configuration settings, user administration, permissions, security, and CaseWare Cloud collaboration tools.
In this course, you will learn the set-up and fundamentals of the CaseWare Cloud platform.
At the end of the CaseWare Cloud for Administrations course, the learner will:
• Know how to navigate the CaseWare Cloud platform
• Configure CaseWare cloud for your firm
• Set up staff, client entities, and client contacts
• Create client engagements
• Understand permissions and security
• How to assign staff to a client engagement
• Utilize collaboration tools in the platform

Due to financial obligations incurred by CPA.com, a credit less 50% of the registration fee will be issued for written requests received up to and including 3 days prior to the start of the course. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 3 days prior to the start of the course.
Day of cancellations are non-refundable. We will move your registration to another scheduled training course date within three months of the originally scheduled course.
