Jill Chin

Jill is a versatile leader passionate about technology and delivery. She is highly competent at delivering strategic goals by bringing organizational vision to life through structure and effective delivery. She has 15+ years of experience in tech, with extensive experience in strategic planning, program management, tech learning enablement, and portfolio management. Her industry experience includes technology services, telecommunications, eCommerce, travel, and logistics. Jill has exhibited a breadth and depth of execution throughout her career working in both start-up and large corporate environments. She is highly successful at delivering large-scale programs, one of her proudest achievements was leading a 100+ tech team through the successful integration of a major airline merger. In her current role, she supports/grows a team of technical program managers to drive delivery at scale. She resides in Renton, Washington with her husband and two daughters.
