Prize Drawing Rules & Disclaimer
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, D.C. and Canada, you must be 18 years and older. Alera Group employees and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the drawing constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these official rules.
DRAWING PERIOD: Any person who completes an Alera Wellbeing Fair event survey will be entered into the drawing. Surveys will be accepted from June 7th, 2022 to June 14th, 2022 (the “Drawing Period”). Winners will be selected on June 15th, 2022 from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Drawing Period.
ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: During the Drawing Period, each participant may submit one entry only.
PRIZE: The Prize is a one-year paid membership with Parsley Health, Inc., and the winner will be subject to the Parsley Health terms and conditions of membership. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS: By participating in the Alera Wellbeing Fair Drawing, you agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Parsley Health. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold Alera Group, Inc. and it parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind in connection with the drawing, or receipt or redemption of the prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the drawing, the use or redemption of the prize, including but not limited to claims caused by or arising from the winner’s membership with Parsley Health.
GENERAL RULES: By entering or participating in the drawing, each participant agrees to be bound by these rules and the decision of Alera Group, Inc. and/or Parsley Health, Inc., which are final and binding in all respects.
RELATIONSHIP: Alera Group, Inc. has no direct or indirect ownership or control in Parsley Health, Inc., and has received no economic benefit from Parsley Health related to the drawing or prize. Alera Group, Inc. has no relation to, and is not a participant in, the manner, methods, products and/or services offered by Parsley Health to its members.
