Welcome to the annual registration for PCCAT Membership and Conference Attendance. The conference is an opportunity for individuals and organizations to further the goal of increasing student mobility across Canada.
The PCCAT membership structure is changing for 2022-23 as we move towards institutional and organizational memberships (individuals can still join as Associate Members).
All conference attendees should review PCCAT's new membership model prior to completing the registration form to ensure accurate fees are charged. We encourage PCCAT membership for organizations as it will lower conference registration fees for all designated representatives.
To support the transition, for the purpose of this year's conference, current 2021-22 members (including individual members) will also be eligible for the member discount.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be sent by email to pccat.cpcat@gmail.com. Cancellations received by June 8, 2022 are subject to a $75 (plus HST) administration fee. No refunds will be granted after June 8, 2022. Should circumstances require a registrant to change from an IN-PERSON REGISTRATION to a VIRTUAL REGISTRATION, a refund of the difference in fee less a $75 administration fee will be granted up until June 8, 2022. After that date, a refund will not be granted.
PCCAT reserves the right to change or substitute program dates or content without further notice and assumes no liability for these changes.
