Ben Grimes is Vice President for US Enterprise Commercial, Northeast Region. Ben is responsible for leading a sales professional community to help Microsoft’s clients drive digital transformation & cloud adoption strategies through leveraging Microsoft's cloud portfolio.

Ben has been at Microsoft since 2011; before this role, he has served as General Manager of Strategic Accounts for US EC Northeast, Senior Director of Operations & Finance for Microsoft's Mid-Atlantic Enterprise Business, Sales Director for the DC Metro area, and led the Mid-Atlantic Data & AI team. Before joining Microsoft, Ben spent ten years at AT&T, holding various leadership roles.

Ben resides in Maryland with his wife, Jen, a pediatric nurse, and their two daughters Avery and Carly. He is a passionate supporter and a Circle of Hope Member of the Platelet Disorder Support Association.

Ben holds a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Salisbury University – Perdue School of Business and holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
