    Frequently Asked Questions

    Once registered, how will I join the virtual event?

    You'll join via the Virtual Venue, which will launch when the “doors” open at 9:45 a.m. EST on Monday, March 6. The celebration begins then and you won't want to miss it! Be sure to use your laptop or desktop computer for the optimal event experience. 

    Instructions for Monday, March 6: 

    • Log in with the email address you used at registration or with your ticket number (located in your confirmation email). 
    • Check your email the night before & morning of for quick "magic" links to immediately join the event LIVE.
    • Head to the Virtual Venue, select the current session ("LIVE NOW"), and click the “Join Now" button in the top right corner. 

    How can I connect in the HBR Live Community?

    As a registered ticket holder, you have the chance to interact with fellow conference attendees.

    • The HBR at 100 Community is a virtual networking hub. You have the ability to interact with your fellow conference participants. Complete your event profile (located at the top right of your screen) ahead of time.
    • You can message attendees at any time. Get in touch about the sessions you're most excited to attend or connect during the event breaks to discuss thoughts and ideas.
    • Keep the conversation going after the event. For the first time ever, we're offering one-on-one meeting scheduling. You can now set up meetings to network with your fellow attendees. Be sure to set your scheduling preferences beforehand or at the beginning of the day. 
    • The community will live on our site for months after the event. Come back to engage with fellow conference-goers well after the live event has ended. 
    • You are welcome to opt out at any time. You can opt out by selecting "hide my profile" in your event profile. 

    What if something isn't working on my end? 

    To get the most from your online experience, we recommend trying the following before contacting the support chat:

    • Close any background applications
    • Use a supported internet browser (Google Chrome is the preferred browser of Bizzabo)
    • Use a wired internet connection
    • Use Wi-Fi when on a mobile/tablet device
    • Disconnect from any VPNs
    • Use the email address used to register


    Always clear the event website cache and cookies if you experience an issue. When in doubt, please refresh your browser.


    I'm still having trouble accessing the event. What should I do? 

    During the live event, message our Bizzabo chatbot (located on the bottom of your screen) or connect directly with a member of the Bizzabo support team in the tech support chat channel. 

    Our support team is available during event hours on Monday, March 6, should you require any assistance.

    I want to share that I'm attending the HBR at 100 virtual conference with my colleagues, friends, and family. How can I do that? 

    Leading up the event, HBR will post announcements on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Like, share, and repost our event announcements to spread the word. 

    On March 6, tweet about the event with the hashtag #HBRat100 for a chance for your tweet to be featured on our Twitter page. 

    Which language will the event be held in?

    This event is being held in English. 


    Will the event be recorded?

    Yes, all of the sessions will be recorded. 

    We’ll send an email out a few days after the event with the access link, so you can view the content at your own pace, from anywhere. 

    Event recordings will be available through November 2023. 


    How can I ask the speakers questions and interact with my fellow attendees during the event?

    Many of our HBR at 100 live sessions will include time for audience Q&A. To ask your questions, please post them under the chat channel labeled “Ask the Speaker” — the questions and channels will be monitored by the event moderators. We will not display any inappropriate questions. Please be kind and courteous. 

    You'll also have the chance to connect with fellow attendees via instant messaging and meeting scheduling. Be sure to interact with the moderators — HBR editors — in the "Join the conversation" chat channel.
