Health and Safety Hub for Advanced Markets 2023
Last Modified: August 23, 2022
We are committed to providing an environment that follows the recommended health protocols, allowing participants to focus on getting the most out of their Advanced Markets experience. As information pertaining to the virus continues to develop, we will adjust our approach as needed and keep you up to date with new developments to ensure a coordinated effort and a comfortable environment for every event participant.
These are a few guidelines we’ll have in place:
COVID Protocols
Advanced Markets 2023 will be adhering to the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center COVID-19 protocols. The Gaylord National will continue to stay in compliance with local jurisdiction guidance regarding COVID-19. For Advanced Markets 2023 attendees, at this time that means that fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. All unvaccinated guests should continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel. These protocols and mandates are subject to change.
Give Everyone Space
We will set seating based on prevailing guidelines for group gatherings.
Health Screening
If you are sick or feeling unwell, we ask that you stay home or in your hotel room and seek medical care. Please do not enter the event space if you have a fever, unexplained cough, loss of smell, shortness of breath, or other symptoms of COVID-19 or the flu.
Enhanced Cleaning and Sanitization
We are working with the venues to ensure frequent cleaning of high-touch areas throughout the event space. Spaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized overnight.
Contactless Experience and Hand Sanitizer
We are working to minimize contact points wherever possible, including using digital handouts and resources. Where we cannot create a contactless experience, we will have hand sanitizer available and will frequently clean and disinfect the area. Hand sanitizer or hand washing stations will be placed through the event space including outside the meeting rooms.
Food Service
When food service is provided, we will have hand sanitizer available for use before touching communal items.
