Festival Arena will be open at the following times:

Saturday, February 25: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 8 PM - 12 AM 

Sunday, February 26: 8 AM - 6:30 PM

What to bring? 

✅ your ID as we will need to verify your ticket during registration

✅ a refillable water bottle

✅ a notebook and a pen

✅ extra layer in case it gets chilly due to A/C

Food & Beverages

Food will be available for purchase at the venue from 8 Am to 8 Pm. There will be water stations available at the venue  Please bring your personal refillable water bottle with you.

Parking

Parking will be available free of charge at Festival Arena. Please follow the signage for parking. 

Wifi

Complimentary wifi will be available that’s suitable for low usage, such as checking emails and social media. 

Lost & Found

Please bring any items you find to the event registration desk at the entrance of Dubai Festival Arena.

VIP seating in the section close to the stage

VIP party on Saturday evening from 8:30 pm-12 am on the terrace of the Festival Arena 

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed in any part of the venue, except in any restricted smoking area(s) designated by the Event.

Prayer Rooms

Carpeted and air-conditioned prayer rooms are available inside the venue, in addition to Fully equipped ablution units.
