ABOUT THE EVENT
The Serious Open Source for the benefit of Humanity (SOSH) Conference will focus on the practice, development, and implementation of Open Source software, hardware, data and research related to the IEEE mission--to develop technology for the benefit of humanity. SOSH will take place at the Santa Clara Marriott in Silicon Valley, CA which is home to more than 10,000 IEEE members.
This conference will highlight collaborations across the broad Open Source community that helps to improve lives and result in technologies that increase the sustainability of the planet. It will also showcase the IEEE SA Open platform and the work it is supporting.
