What is Side x Side
Side x Side is an annual event, hosted by Side, that is uniquely designed to support and develop leading real estate professionals into successful businesses and brands. This event is free for qualified partners and agents in the Side network, and invited high-volume real estate professionals, thought-leaders, and influencers.
When is Side x Side?
Side x Side will start with a Founding Partner Session (Founding Partners only) on February 7 at 2 p.m. The conference will officially kick off at the Pacific Ballroom at the Long Beach Arena with an opening keynote session on February 8 at 10 a.m. The conference will conclude on February 9 at 4 p.m.
Where is Side x Side being held?
Side x Side will take place at the Pacific Ballroom at the Long Beach Arena.
Sessions will be recorded and available for on-demand playback after the event has concluded.

How do I register to attend Side x Side?
Side x Side is a long-awaited event. Registration is required and it will sell out. To guarantee your spot, we encourage you to register for passes and reserve your hotel room early. Both event registration and hotel reservations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Is it free to attend Side x Side?
Side x Side is now a ticketed event.
A number of complimentary passes will be distributed to all Side Founding Partners to be shared with their teams, based on team size and number of qualified agents by production.
Additional subsidized passes will be available for members of the Side Community to purchase at the early-bird rate of $325 or the regular rate of $650. These discounted passes are only available to members of the Side Community.
General Admission passes will be available to non-members of the Side Community starting at $629 for the early-bird rate.

How do I purchase passes for a group?
If you are rolling deep at Side x Side, you can easily purchase all the passes you need in a single order to save time and stay organized.
If you have a complimentary pass code, be sure to apply it at the bottom first. It will allow you to select a number of complimentary passes up to the maximum use. If you don’t have a code, or if you’re purchasing additional passes, select the number of passes that you need. You can choose a mix of different pass types in a single transaction, and choose from experience-enhancing add-ons.

Select Side x Side content will be available on demand on February 9 and 10. All conference content will be available on demand on February 13. Please register for a free Virtual Pass to access the on-demand session library, which will be available through March 10th.

At Side x Side, you will meet all agents and operators in the Side network, market-leading agents, indie brokers, franchisees, team leaders with growing teams, and associate agents looking to join high-performing teams.
Can I bring a guest to Side x Side?
Only registered conference attendees for Side x Side are permitted to attend scheduled conference events. For $175, you may purchase a Social Guest Pass Add-On for a friend or family member who would like to join you for the February 8 Thank-You Party.
Please note that if your guest is a member of the Side Community as an agent, admin or operator, they must register with a In-Person ticket to have access to all that Side x Side offers, including general session, breakouts, and meetups.
Side Founding Partners: If your spouse is an active member of the Side Community with an In-Person pass for Side x Side, they may attend the Founding Partner Dinner on February 7 as your plus-one.
Who can attend the Side Partner Dinner on February 7?
All Side Founding Partners will be invited. Invitations will be sent mid-January and an RSVP will be required.
I’m a Side Founding Partner. Can I bring a plus-one to the Side Partner Dinner?
Founding partners may bring a spouse to the Partner dinner on February 7 if they are also a working member of their team. Please RSVP for yourself and your plus-one upon receiving the invitation we send in January.
What is the dress code for the conference?
Business casual is appropriate for all daytime conference functions. Dress to impress at the Thank-You Party on February 8.
What is the process to make special requests (dietary, physical restrictions, accessibility accommodations, etc.)?
There is a section on the registration form for special requests. Please complete that section upon registering. Any additional requests can be sent via email to sidexside@side.com.
What is the conference cancellation policy?
We understand life happens. You may transfer your Side x Side pass to someone else for free anytime by notifying us in writing at sidexside@side.com or selecting “Manage Registration Details” in your confirmation email and updating your registration.
You may also cancel your registration for a full refund through January 7 by notifying us in writing at sidexside@side.com or selecting “Request Cancellation” in your confirmation email.
If your notice of cancellation is received after January 7 but more than 1 week before the conference, you will receive a partial refund. If your notice of cancellation is received 1 week or less before a conference, your registration fee will be forfeited.
Is there a deadline to register?
This event is long awaited and, with limited capacity, will likely sell out. To save your spot and lock in the best prices, we encourage you to register for the event and reserve your hotel room as soon as possible. Pass prices for Side x Side will increase in December and reduced rates at select hotels will only be available on a first-come, first-serve basis through January 16, 2023.
Can inSiders attend the event? And how do I book a hotel and travel?
Due to limited capacity, only invited inSiders who are either speaking at a session or directly working at the event by the request of leadership or the marketing events team should register to attend Side x Side. If you are approved to attend, you will receive an invitation and code to register for the event and make a hotel reservation via the conference website.
A personal credit card will be required to make hotel reservation and upon check-in for incidental charges, and should be expensed via the company’s standard expense policy to your department T&E budget.

Is there a discounted hotel rate?
We have secured the lowest hotel rates at a selection of Long Beach hotels. Please visit our hotel and travel page to see a list of hotel partners and to make a hotel reservation.
The cutoff to make your hotel reservation at the discounted rate is Monday, January 16, 2023. A credit card will be required to guarantee your reservation and you will be billed directly by the hotel. You will need to present your credit card upon check-in and will be billed upon check-out.
The Westin Long Beach - Cancellation Policy: Guests must cancel their reservations 72 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Hyatt Regency Long Beach - Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival.

We will operate according to government standards and local guidance.
There are currently no restrictions in place in the State of California. Please note, per the latest CDPH recommendations for large events, facing coverings are strongly recommended for all indoor activities.
