At Teach For America Los Angeles (TFA LA), our first promise is to children, that regardless of race, income, or social identity, they will have the opportunity to learn, lead, and thrive. For over three decades, TFA LA has been integral in Los Angeles' pursuit of educational equity. Our corps members and alumni play a pivotal role in rethinking how the educational landscape can better serve all students as they lead in classrooms, offices, and boardrooms to create lasting change.  

Since 1990, TFA LA has introduced almost 4,000 transformative leaders to schools in the greater LA metro area from Pacoima to Orange County.
