Julie Strong

Julie Strong has worked in the construction industry for 25 years, with experience in both field and office operations. She is passionate about people and processes, and as the CEO of C1S Group, Inc., she gets to work with both every day. She started her career at TDIndustries working in the People Department, then moved into project management. For the last 18 years, she has worked with her husband, Matt Strong, to build C1S Group from a 4-person boutique engineering firm to a 40 person design and construction firm serving clients all over the US. Julie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and her MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. She enjoys yoga, running and traveling with her husband and their 2 teenage sons, Jack and Sam.
