For guests driving in for the event, you will want to park in the Resort Parking Garage. Upon entering the Resort on Gaylord Trail you will continue straight over the bridge until you come to a 3- way stop sign. At the stop sign, continue straight and follow the signs for “Resort Parking”. You will then come to a two-way stop, take a right. You will see the Parking Garage on the left-hand side.

Upon entering the garage, you will press a button and receive a white ticket. 

How Do I Get My Parking Validated?

Stop by the Synetic Technologies booth, thank them for sponsoring, and retrieve a parking voucher. 

Directions to Tate Ballroom from the Parking Garage:

Once you have parked in the garage you will exit the garage towards the front of the hotel following the signage for the Vineyard Tower. The first entrance you see will take you into the Vineyard Tower. Once inside proceed up the escalator to access the Tate Ballroom.  

How to Exit the Parking Garage Using Your Synetic Parking Voucher:

To Exit the garage, scan the voucher at the bottom of the machine located at the exit to the parking garage.
