One Day Breakfast Rocky Mount
Come for breakfast, leave inspired and connected
Teach for America's One Day Breakfast is our annual signature event designed to bring together community leaders, lift up the brilliance of Eastern North Carolina's students, and the impact of Teach for America's educators in and outside the classroom. Our seventh annual One Day Breakfast will bring together leaders from the business, education, and civic community to celebrate the hard work of educators across Eastern North Carolina. Attendees will learn more about the state of education, Teach for America's mission to close the equity gap in Eastern North Carolina, engage with students and families in the communities we serve, and leave feeling inspired and motivated to pursue equity in an actionable way. The annual event will feature contributions from educational leaders in the Rocky Mount Community including: Dr. Otis Smallwood (Bertie Superintendent of Schools) Ashley Bradley (Principal of Bertie Middle School) Dr. Lauren Lampron (Principal of Southwest Edgecombe High School) Brandon Lam (TFA NC Alumnus + Versademics Founder) Jassmin Smith Clark (TFA NC Alumna + Educator) David Farris (TFA NC Board Member) Dr. Monique Perry-Graves (TFA NC Executive Director) Come for breakfast - leave as part of the TFA family!
