Daily timings and guidelines
All riders must start each day no later than 09:00 CEST and finish no later than 19:00 CEST.
Any rider who has not made it to the second pit stop of the day by the cut off time of 17:00 CEST will be picked up by the support vehicles and taken to the hotel.
The decision is at the discretion of the crew and is in place to ensure no one is left on route unsupported, and that each rider is back for the briefing for the following day's ride. This briefing will be held at 20:00 CEST each evening before dinner.
Service your bike
The ride has full mechanical support, however we would urge you to have your equipment professionally serviced prior to departure on the Dolomites Challenge, to ensure your gear is in perfect working order!
Similarly, please ensure that any bespoke spares such as derailer hangers, electronic gear chargers or anything related to Campagnolo are brought along with you as far as practicable. Whilst bike shops will be available in the area, we are facing supply chain issues for certain spares.
Insurance
Participants in the event are expected to procure their own adequate third-party insurance for themselves and their equipment. If you have existing insurance please check that you are covered for this event (sports cover specifically).
