Any judge has the ability to move entries between categories if they believe another category is appropriate and more suitable. Category changes will be made solely at the discretion of the judges and their decisions will be final. Confidentiality agreements will be signed by all judges that bans them from disclosing information from entry submissions.
Categories will be judged if a minimum of three entries are submitted. If a category does not receive the minimum number of entries, the category will not be judged, and all entries will be refunded.
