For the Congress, the Poor People’s Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival (PPC) requires all participants be vaccinated and boosted or if no booster must have a bivalent vaccination. Congress participants are also required to take an Antigen COVID test (rapid response test) taken within 48 hours of arrival of the Congress. All Congress participants must show proof of vaccination and proof of a negative Antigen COVID test result. This is requirement for registration.

Masks will be required during all indoor sessions.
