MANAGE YOUR ENERGY, NOT YOUR TIME
We Are Live In
About the Event
We're incredibly excited to invite you to our May workshop, led by Heather Chauvin, bestselling author, TEDx Speaker, Leadership Coach, and the host of Emotionally Uncomfortable Podcast, which has over 6 million downloads. It’s time to be the person you want to become. Mastering your energy is key; this workshop will show you exactly how to do it. Join us to learn from Heather how to: - Free up your energy so you can align yourself to the life you want to be living. - Discover how to communicate the support you need, so you no longer run on empty or put your needs on the back burner. - Simple daily and weekly practices that keep you aligned with your vision and goals (and course-correct if you get off track). Come to discover how to manage your time that’s different from anything you’ve ever tried (and it actually works to improve your life). You are WORTHY of feeling good, NOW. WNORTH Members attend for free, and guests from the general public are invited to join us for $45.

Workshop Leader
Heather Chauvin
TEDx Speaker, Author of Dying To Be A Good Mother and host of a highly loved Podcast with over 6 million downloads
Heather Chauvin is a leadership coach who helps ambitious, overwhelmed men & women conquer their fears and improve how they lead at work and home. For the past decade, she has advocated for children’s mental health.
But it wasn’t until her stage 4 cancer diagnosis in 2013 that pushed her to take a deeper stand for change, uncovering how we sabotage our own joy and freedom.
She has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Real Simple Magazine, Mind Body Green, Google and many more.
When Heather isn’t being a classic Canadian by driving her boys to hockey practice, you’ll find her curled up on the couch with her husband surfing the internet, researching their next family adventure.
