About the Event

The future of education belongs to schools who are willing to move beyond being responsive to students’ needs and moving toward sharing power with them. The future is now. The Riverside County Youth Equity Stewardship Conference is for students and educators who are willing to sit down at the table together and talk about what works, what doesn’t, and how we make school better for everyone, now. This is a place to celebrate our diversity and complexity, craft new visions of educational excellence, be creative, be courageous, be critical, and make vital connections with ideas and with each other. This one-day conference will be the start of creating a new way of working together as change agents for our schools.
