Precious Ile, a TEDx Speaker, storytelling coach, spoken word poet, and award-winning consultant, empowers leaders through impactful communication. As CEO of Impact Plus Consulting, she drives over 90% buy-in on strategic projects for purpose-driven organizations. With a PMP certification and a master's in Community Development, she's been nominated for a YWCA Women of Distinction Award and honored with IAP2 Canada Core Values Awards. Dedicated to youth, education, and socio-economic causes, Precious serves on boards like IAP2 Canada and has held roles with City Hive Vancouver and SFU Alumni Association.
