Dorthy Fredenberg is a Learning & Development Advisor for Southcentral Foundation. She is a member of the Menominee Indian Tribe from the Great Lakes region in the US. In her role, she oversees the Academic Community Partnerships programs which include CMA Scholarship, The Nuka Student Program and SCF Scholarships for employees. Dorthy has worked in the learning and development career field at SCF for 10 years helping to develop, implement and maintain training programs such as the Manager & Supervisor In-Training Program, Administrative Support Training Program, Nuka Office Administrative Assistant and Team Performance Training. She is a seasoned Core Concepts Learning Circle Leader and 5 Dynamics facilitator. In her free time, Dorthy supports the performing arts community of music and dance and spends as much time as possible with her golden retriever, Artemis and soon to be husband, Kevin.
