
Kiatcha Palmer

Kiatcha Palmer, of Inupiaq, Tlingit and Norwegian descent, was born in Anchorage and raised in Cold Bay, Cordova and Eagle River. She is a Senior Improvement Advisor supporting the Behavioral Services Division at Southcentral Foundation (SCF). She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in public health. In 2002 Kiatcha joined SCF as an Administrative Assistant and since has held many roles with progressively more responsibility in Organizational Development Department. Kiatcha is a recipient of the SCF Living Our Values Award. She also is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and holds a certification in advanced health care delivery improvement from Intermountain Healthcare. Kiatcha has presented Healthcare Support and Innovation, SCF’s Nuka System of Care, and Strategic Planning.
