For packages that include hotel and/or airfare, reservations are handled by Siemens Healthineers based on the request made during the registration process. Hotel accommodations include hotel room and tax at the designated hotel only. Attendees are responsible for any other incidental charges to their hotel room and will be asked to provide a credit card upon check-in at the hotel for these expenses. Please note that Siemens Healthineers is not responsible for weather-related and/or airline delay or cancellation related expenses.

If air is included in your package, your travel specifications will be gathered on your registration form.  Please note, prior approval from Siemens is required to book your own air travel.  If you want to travel on the same flight as someone else, please indicate that in the “Travel Notes” section.  If you requestinga hotel extension, your ticketing information WILL NOT BE SENT to an air agent until your hotel stay is confirmed.

Please note: Siemens Healthineers Travel Agency can only book travel for program attendees. If a guest is traveling with you, you are responsible for booking your guest’s travel.

Should you choose to drive to the event, mileage to the event will not be reimbursed.
