Mark Scullard is the Sr. Director of Product Innovation at Wiley. For the last 20 years, he has played an integral role and is involved in all aspects of product development for Wiley’s assessment brands, including The Leadership Challenge®, Everything DiSC®, The Five Behaviors®, and PXT Select™. He earned a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in Counseling Psychology and has written extensively on topics such as leadership, personality, and interpersonal relationships.
