EduPitch Mission: Teach For America San Antonio’s EduPitch accelerates and supports bold, new innovations that expand opportunities for students in low-income communities and address educational inequity in San Antonio.

About EduPitch: Fueled by their experiences in the classroom, Teach For America leaders develop a passion to solve some of the biggest challenges and barriers facing our students today. These leaders commit to demonstrating new possibilities and challenging the status quo, to ensure educational equity for all. This commitment sometimes requires bold innovation in our classrooms and on our campuses.

EduPitch showcases the innovative ideas educators are implementing to improve their classrooms, schools, and districts with an opportunity to win direct funding to support their ideas. A panel of judges made up of local corporate and civic leaders directs prize funds based on presentation, innovation, and strength of idea while audience members help select the People’s Choice Award.
