Attendance Confirmation
Please register even if you have not booked your flights.
All guests should receive an automatic notification after registration and two additional emails from ABB Event Management Team.
1. A Confirmation email, after your registration.
2. An Acknowledgement email, 1 week before the event with your hotel, transport confirmation and final agenda.
If you do not receive these emails, please check your SPAM inbox.
If you have not been contacted, please notify the ABB Event Management Team.
Costs & Payments
ABB will cover the following costs:
1. Accommodations for two nights – check-in 31 January – check-out 2 February 2024, if compliant with your company policy. If two nights is not compliant with your flight schedule, please ensure you select your number of nights you plan to stay in the registration form.
If you wish to extend your stay, the ABB preferred accommodation rate is available either side of the conference subject to room availability.
Room rate for additional nights (inclusive of breakfast and taxes):
2. Conference, food, beverages, collective transportations and on-site entertainment as per the agenda.
Any additional costs not detailed in points 1. and 2. must be settled directly by the participant (e.g., additional accommodation for plus 1 – spouse/guest, room service, etc.).
Due to limited places for the Channel Partner conference, if you are accompanied by a significant other, unfortunately they are not able to join the event conferences and networking activities (during the day and evening).

Request to bring your spouse/family member:
Please be reminded, all invitations are non-transferable. Any registrations from people not on the guest list, will be cancelled.
If you request to bring your spouse/family member, please email the ABB Event Management Team with your enquiry.
ABB will only pay for a standard room (single occupancy).
If you want to share your room, please request a change from the standard room to double occupancy. Please note the cost difference is $151.10 USD per night.
If you want to upgrade your room, please request a change from single occupancy to superior room (double occupancy). Please note the cost difference is $278.00 USD per night.
If you want to reserve an extra room for your family, please see the prices per night below.
If you want to upgrade your room to a superior room (but you are single occupancy), the cost difference is $169.23 USD per night.
Please note, this depends on availability.
Important note:
The venue has a strict cancellation policy for this event. For this reason, you are highly recommended to complete your registration as soon as possible.
If you are not sure on your participation or you need to cancel your event registration, please inform the ABB Event Management Team as soon as possible.
Airport Transfer
For your convenience, the transportation from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), to the venue (roundtrip), will be covered by ABB and arranged by the ABB authorized agency, Otium. It will be arranged based on the flight information entered in the registration form. Detailed instructions will be shared with you prior to your departure.
NOTE: it is strongly recommended not to use any other methods of transportation.
