How will I join the virtual event?
You'll receive reminder emails the week before, the day before, and the morning of the event — these will have magic links that will take you directly into the venue.
The live event will take place within this event site. You'll log in on the blue banner with your email and ticket number you received at registration to experience the event. You may need to check your email to confirm your registration, if prompted.

We recommend that you use your laptop or desktop computer for the optimal event experience.
Note:
There is no need to download the Bizzabo app for this event. We do not utilize the Bizzabo app for virtual events.
How can I be best prepared to access the livestream on the day-of and avoid any technical issues?

I'm still having trouble accessing the event. What should I do?
During the live event, visit the agenda page on The Virtual Venue (event interface) and use our Bizzabo chat feature to connect directly with a live support specialist. The live support specialist is ready to assist you with technical platform questions and support (audio, video, etc.). Just click the yellow “Chat” button in the bottom right corner of your browser and ask your question!

How do I register?
Head to the home page of this site to register. Choose from three ticket types: General, Conference Plus, or Premium. Ticket package details are listed in full.
Are team discounts available?
Please inquire about group discounts by sending a note to hbrlive@hbr.org.
What is HBR's cancellation policy?
Cancellation before seven (7) days of your event date:

Cancellation within seven (7) days of your event date:

You may transfer your event registration to another individual at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date. Contact hbrlive@hbr.org.
Which language will this event be held in?
This event will be held in English and closed captions are available. Once in the event, please enable captions by clicking on the video player. Then head to the CC button and select English.
Will the event be recorded?
Yes, the sessions will be recorded.
Please note that General Admission ticket holders will receive one week of replays, while Conference Plus and Premium ticket holders will receive six months of replays.
We’ll send an email out the following week with the access link, so you can view the content at your own pace, from anywhere in the world.
May I ask the speakers questions during the event?
Many of our sessions will include time for audience Q&A. You'll be able to ask your questions to many of our speakers via the live chat. Please note that you will not be on video to ask your questions.
