Room Booking

Book your accommodation following  the Open Innovation team instructions after you complete the registration.

The following rates will apply for booking period April 25-27th;

• € 189.00/night (Mouratoglou)*
• € 140.00/night (Mercure)* 

*Room Rate is per room, per night and includes VAT, service charge and full breakfast 

You will need your ABB AMEX (ABB attendees) or personal (non ABB attendees) card as guarantee. Any room cancellations 30 days prior to arrival will be charged onto your credit card.

Costs & Payments

The Startup Challenge team will cover the following expenses,

• Lunch, coffee and dinner on April 25th 

• Transport from Le Village by CA to hotels on April 25th 

• Lunch, coffee and dinner on April 26th 

• Transportation to the Formula E race and Airport on April 27th 

• Formula E tickets on April 27th 

Transportation Methods 

Closest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE), approx. 17 minutes drive from both Le Village by CA and both Hotels.

No airport transfers will be organized. 

Attendance Confirmation

Upon registering, you will receive an email confirming your participation. After completing the registration, the Open Innovation team will send you steps to follow to complete your chosen hotel reservation.

After booking your room via the Mouratoglou and Mercure websites you will receive an email confirming your room nights. 

A week prior to the event, you will receive an email with all relevant details for the Grand Finale.
