C-Suites are Morphing - Why and What to?
ABOUT THE EVENT
The tumultuous start to the 2020s has left few things unchanged, and it feels like the C-Suite has also changed. Geopolitical, technological and societal change, hybrid work, sustainability agendas and a host of other factors have transformed the classic senior leadership positions.
In the meantime, other roles have risen in prominence and have become central, such as information/data, talent and culture and, of course, the CaiO, the chief artificial intelligence officer. The advent of the AI robot member of the leadership team is also on its way and is being experimented with by pioneers already.
The substance of leadership roles and how they interact matters more than their descriptors. Yet even the term C-Suite which has been in vogue for around the last two decades feels challenged in a world where the title of chief and the idea of an office suite where a leadership team are all physically located together feels outmoded.
The reasons why C-Suites are changing are many and seem pretty clear. What C-Suites are morphing to and how they may be described seems less so. This peer-to-peer workshop will allow you to share how the leadership teams in your organisations are morphing to meet not just today’s context but the evolving challenges and opportunities we are likely to face and have in the future.
