Janki Bhoti is the CEO + Founder of Flex Your No: an inclusive network on a mission to elevate women's valuation and redefine womanhood. Born and raised in India, Janki observed the scarcity of resources women lacked access to when navigating the 'second shift' while staying in the workforce. Janki has counseled thousands of women across multiple geographies, professions, and intersectionalities and has elevated their valuation. After spending a few decades working in Corporate America, she observed the same deficits in the workplace leadership development pipeline to keep women in the workforce as they navigated motherhood, home engineering, and caregiving responsibilities. "Flex Your No" was born from this unmet need, a leadership course focused on real discussions and tools to get women into positions of power and help them stay there. Business Leader, DE&I Champion & Mom, Janki is passionate about forging relationships with business leaders and change-makers to bring Flex Your No tools to workplaces to make them more equitable and inclusive. Janki holds an MBA in Management & Business Strategy and a B.A. in Finance from Rutgers University.
