The person who purchased the ticket has to open the confirmation email from Mindvalley Events, and select ‘Manage registration’ next to the attendee’s name. You’ll be able to transfer the purchase to someone else after selecting ‘Transfer registration’ and updating the details of the new person who will join the event.
The change of the name needs to be completed at least 24 hours before the start of the event (by Feb 29).

What’s included in your ticket:
The regular in-person tickets 2 days of content, including special embodiment sessions that are only available for the attendees joining the event in person. There’s a free water provided at all times, all the other meals and beverages are not included.
The VIP in-person tickets all the perks of regular in-person ticketholders as well as a dedicated premium seating in the front rows of the auditorium. In addition, you’ll be invited to a special VIP party on Saturday night from 8:30PM - 12 AM in Mana Wynwood.
How to access the venue?
As you arrive at Mana Wynwood Convention Center, follow the Mindvalley flags outside the building directing you toward the entrance.
Where to stay?
There are a variety of accommodation options available to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay during the summit. The closest hotel to the venue is Arlo Wynwood.
When does the registration open?
The registration opens at 9AM on Saturday March 2nd. Upon reaching the Mana Wynwood, you'll find a designated registration area in the foyer. Please have your event tickets ready for a seamless check-in process. Our friendly staff will be on hand to assist you and answer any questions.
Where to eat during the event?
There will be a pop-up cafe available that offers cafe, snacks and lunch. There’s also an option to go and explore Wynwood marketplace for food but please note that our lunch break will be short, around 30min.
Is the venue accessible for everyone?
Yes, Mindvalley and Mana Wynwood Convention Centre are committed to providing a comfortable experience for all attendees. If you require any accessibility accommodations, such as wheelchair access or assistance for individuals with limited mobility, please inform our staff during check-in, and they will be happy to assist you.
Is there parking available?
Yes, on-site private parking is available at our 240-vehicle parking lot adjacent to the Mana Wynwood Convention Center. Parking entrances are located on NW 23rd Street between NW 5th Avenue and NW 2nd Avenue or on NW 2nd Avenue between NW 23rd Street and NW 22nd Street. The daily rate ranges between $10 and $40, depending on the day of the week. More info to be added about the 2nd parking zone.
