- Graduates must select "Graduate Ticket" for their ceremonies.
- Guests must be assigned a "Guest Ticket" to those same ceremonies. (Ages 2 and under do not need a ticket)
- We recommend listing the same email address for all tickets during registration. You may switch a ticket to another guest without contacting us.
- Main ceremony: Includes a special keynote speaker and messages from university leadership.
- Individual school and college ceremonies: Graduates walk across the stage to receive their ceremonial diplomas (actual diplomas are mailed later).
- The graduation ceremonies for the GHW School of Business and Technology, previously divided by degree types (MA, MS, DMGT at 10:30 a.m. and MBA, MHA, MPA at 1:30 p.m.), are now each open for all Masters and Doctoral degree recipients. Undergraduates, however, are still required to register for the separate ceremony at 10:30 a.m.

- BUSINESS SCHOOL GRADUATE CEREMONIES:
- PROGRAM: If you are completing your degree in May and intend to participate in the May Commencement ceremony, you must submit your Petition to Graduate electronically by February 16th and register for tickets by April 1st to ensure your name is listed in the Commencement program booklet. Keep in mind that submitting your Petition to Graduate is NOT the same thing as getting your tickets for the Commencement ceremony.
- NAME PRONUNCIATION: After completing your registration, we will send you an email using the email address you provided, from a company called Marching Order. Marching Order is our third-party vendor that enables each student to record the correct pronunciation of their name. Please keep an eye out for this in the next several weeks.
- LIVESTREAMING: All ceremonies will be livestreamed directly from this ticket website. To watch a livestream, you will need a "Livestream Ticket," which can be reserved at any time. To view the livestream, you will be required to log-in with the same information used to reserve the ticket. We suggest doing this on the day of the event to remain logged-in. From there, navigate to the "Agenda" tab and click on the ceremony you wish to view. Streaming will not begin until five minutes prior to the listed event time. All ceremonies will be recorded and available for later streaming.
- QUESTIONS: Most questions can be answered on our Check-in, Cap and Gown and FAQ pages here on this website. After checking these tabs, if you still cannot find the answer to your question, please email specialevents@webster.edu, and we will reply as soon as possible.
