WHAT IS GLAUCOMA 360 NEW HORIZONS FORUM?
New Horizons Forum is a full day of presentations, panels, and discussions featuring CEOs from start-up companies, industry executives, ophthalmic leaders, venture capitalists, and the FDA. WHO ARE THE FOUNDERS OF GLAUCOMA 360?
Glaucoma 360 is the inspiration of Adrienne Graves, PhD and Andrew Iwach, MD, who are both members of the Glaucoma Research Foundation Board of Directors. Dr. Graves is a visual scientist by training, a global industry leader in ophthalmology, and the former CEO of Santen Inc. Dr. Iwach, GRF’s Board Chair, is Executive Director of the Glaucoma Center of San Francisco, Associate Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of California at San Francisco, and a faculty instructor at the California Pacific Medical Center Department of Ophthalmology.

The 2025 New Horizons Forum is an “in-person only” event. New Horizons Forum will not be live streamed, and it will not be possible to attend or present virtually this year.

Garage Parking is available on-site at the Westin St. Francis, with in and out privileges.
Parking Fees: Hourly parking is available for $12.00 an hour with a two-hour minimum, $12.00 an hour thereafter. Daily Parking is $75.00. Overnight parking for $85.50, $96.90 for oversized vehicles or SUV’s, tax included.
The garage entrance is located at 350 Geary Blvd, in San Francisco.
Charging is available for Tesla and other electric vehicles for $10.00 per stay.

CAN I TAKE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?
For guests who wish to take the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) train, The Westin St. Francis San Francisco is located at Union Square, 0.4 miles from the Powell BART station. Upon exiting the station, you will need to walk approximately 10 minutes on a gradual incline.

For those used shared ride services, including Uber and Lyft, pickup and drop off are in two separate locations. The pick up spot is 320 Geary, and drop off is at 350 Geary.
WHAT IS YOUR HEALTH POLICY?
Glaucoma Research Foundation is committed to the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, staff, and volunteers. In line with best practices as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the State of California and City of San Francisco, we will not require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for entry to Glaucoma 360.

Through contributions from generous donors, Glaucoma Research Foundation funds results-oriented and innovative research and provides definitive educational materials to glaucoma patients and to eye care professionals across the country. Research initiatives include the multi-year Catalyst for a Cure research consortium and the Shaffer Grants for Innovative Glaucoma Research. Patient Education programs include the annual Glaucoma Patient Summit, a comprehensive website www.glaucoma.org, a free booklet available in English and Spanish, the free Gleams newsletter, and brochures about glaucoma for patients, caregivers, and family members.
REFUND POLICY
If you need to update your registration with an attendee replacement, please email events@glaucoma.org with the details of your registration and who will be attending in your place. If you are unable to attend, a written email request including your full name must be received at events@glaucoma.org by Thursday, February 1, 2025 to receive a refund. There is a cancellation processing fee of $75 per person. The deadline for cancellation/refund requests is February 1, 2025. No refund requests will be accepted after this date.
