Teach For America (TFA) believes that, one day, every child will have the opportunity to attain an excellent education. To realize this vision, we find, develop, and support equity-oriented leaders who will transform education and expand opportunities for children. Our young leaders start their life-long commitment to educational equity by teaching two years in Nevada's underserved public school. Thereafter, TFA continues to support their transformational work through fellowships and other alumni programs.
