X5 eMaint CMMS Certification Exam (eMCP)

Certification Exam Information Note: this certification exam will be administered online only. You will need an up-to-date PC (Desktop or Laptop) and good internet connectivity. Recommended System Requirements: Internet: WiFi Enabled Broadband Internet connection Web browser: Internet Explorer 8+, Firefox 2+, Safari on Mac 1.2+, Google Chrome (up to date version), Javascript and Cookies enabled Each person registered should already have a current eMaint University account through their eMaint subscription. Each person registered for the certification will be issued credentials and a secure link session ID to the online exam site. You may access the testing site at any time during the 1 year period after the test link is issued. Information: eMaint is now offering a new professional certification program for X5. We designed the program to recognize customers as they continually gain knowledge, experience, and proficiency through training and their usage of the eMaint CMMS software system. As part of the certification criteria, students will demonstrate their expertise via an assessment test. You’ll need to meet a few prerequisites before gaining certification. Prerequisites: - Complete the X5 learning path provided in eMaint University - Accrue a minimum of six months of eMaint X5 system experience - Complete enrollment in the certification program - Achieve a minimum score of 80% on the eMCP assessment test. You will also need to complete the Electronic Signature module prior to taking the assessment test. The test consists of two (2) parts and there are a total of 100 questions covering various aspects of the eMaint X5 software. You will have 180 minutes to complete test 1 and 180 minutes to complete exam 2. The answers to the questions are a combination of multiple choice, True/False, Matching, Sequencing, and Hot Spot questions. You will have an opportunity to review your answers and make changes prior to submitting. You must achieve a score of 80% or above in order to achieve a passing score. Your tests will be reviewed and scored upon completion. You will receive your overall test score and notification of certification credentials by email within 2 business days. Individuals are welcomed and encouraged to use any (or all) of their training resources during the exam; such as, boot camp booklets, personal notes, and any eMaint training sites. The key to challenge your knowledge of the eMaint X4 software. There will be an opportunity to review and change answers for both tests before submitting for grading. The certification exam will be graded and reviewed by the program administrator and you will be notified of your score via email within 2 business days after submitting. Upon successfully completing and passing with a minimum score of 80% you will receive your eMCP (eMaint Certified Professional) credentials in the form of a digital badge/certificate issued through the Credly's Acclaim global Open Badge platform.
